Program Overview
TIWALA is a twelve-week, evidence-based certification program that equips participants to coach people facing substance and behavioral addictions—especially screen and gaming problems—within the Philippine context.
The curriculum integrates the RESET Five Pillars of Well-being, Sikolohiyang Pilipino, and Philippine addiction and mental-health law to build coaches who are scientifically grounded, culturally fluent, and ethically reliable.
TIWALA blends science, structure, and compassion—so coaches can walk beside clients with empathy, helpful tools, and professional boundaries.
